With that said, common practice in the legal profession is to look over other similar documents before drafting your own. In particular, if you are not a member of a law firm with a large library of documents at your fingertips (which almost none of my readers will be), then docstoc is an extremely useful website as it provides access to sample documents.

2) This site can be used to promote your business or practice via the act of posting documents for others to read.

Further, there are many non-legal documents at Docstoc, which many of this blog’s readers might find useful. I do fully agree with you in recommending that any non-attorney should “seek attorney review” of legal documents.

This will usually cost way more than simply having it done right from the beginning. That's the way it works in my practice, anyway. I'm not sure why you would promote this site as a useful free resource, since anyone who uses a free posted document without seeking attorney review is asking for trouble. This is just silly.
